作为海南省重点工程，凤凰岛码头及填岛工程投资总额逾100亿元。2016年底建成后，凤凰岛将拥有1个8万吨泊位、3个15万吨泊位、1个22.5万吨泊位，可同时停靠5艘大型豪华邮轮，年接待能力可达200万人以上，成为亚洲最大的邮轮母港之一。

公司还将陆续投资200亿元，将邮轮港打造成为集邮轮主题休闲港、丝绸之路自贸区、海洋亲水旅游湾、健康度假养生地、文化演艺娱乐岛等五大主题的高端旅游度假岛屿综合体。

The company will also invest 20 billion yuan to build the cruise port as a high-end tourist resort island complex with five major themes of cruise theme leisure port, silk road FTA, marine hydrophilic tourist bay, health resort health site and cultural entertainment island.
